By making a booking, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and everyone included in your party. “Trod Sankofa,” “the Company,” “we,” and “us” refer to Trod Sankofa Limited, while “you,” “your,” “customer,” and “passenger” refer to any individual in the booking.
Booking Process Bookings can be made through our website at www.trodsankofa.com or via third-party agents. We offer various tour categories:
Confirmation of your booking occurs once you receive an email after full payment is processed. Please note that we do not offer a deposit service; full payment is required at the time of booking for all tours. If you book through a third party, all communications will be handled through the individual who made the booking.
Pricing and Payments The total tour price must be paid in full at the time of booking. Prices include minibus transportation and the services of a Driver-Guide but do not cover accommodation or meals unless specified. Prices are subject to change due to operational costs, and you will be notified of any changes before payment. Offers made are subject to availability and conditions.
Private Tours To create a Private Tour, please fill out the Private Tour Request form on our website. Prices will vary based on your specific needs, and we may require full payment to confirm your booking.
Special Requests If you have any special requests, please inform us at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, they will only be confirmed if we provide written confirmation. Additional charges may apply for third-party requests.
Changes to Your Booking To request changes to your booking, contact us as soon as possible. Minor alterations may incur a small administration fee. You are entitled to one free change of tour date for bookings made with a deposit if done more than 50 days before departure. After this period, changes may incur fees, and if significant changes cannot be accommodated, cancellation fees will apply.

Liability We aim to provide services as described; if not, compensation may be applicable but will not exceed the booking total. We are not liable for third-party services or any issues arising from unforeseen circumstances. You are responsible for notifying us of any claims promptly.
Your Obligations During tours, follow the instructions of the Driver-Guide. Disruptive behavior or non-compliance with local laws may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
